One workshop, one person
From the clay to the parcel, I do everything myself, in a workshop small enough that every movement is within reach.
How I work
I work alone, in a workshop small enough that everything is within reach. I prepare the clay, throw, glaze and fire it myself, in short runs. I prefer to remake a shape than to correct it, and I keep the marks of the hand on every piece.
- One person, from the clay to the packaging
- Short runs, no identical pieces
- Stoneware made for everyday use

Frequently asked questions
What I am often asked.
How do I choose a piece?
Look at the use first: a wide bowl for the morning, a deep bowl for soup. Each page gives the shape, the material and the dimensions, and I am glad to answer if you are unsure.
Are the pieces in a series identical?
No. Everything is thrown and glazed by hand: the shape and the colour vary slightly from one piece to the next, in the same spirit.
How do I look after them?
In lukewarm water, with a soft sponge, avoiding sudden thermal shocks. Each piece’s page gives its specific advice.
Can I order a small set?
Yes. Write and tell me what you are looking for: I will tell you what is possible and how long it would take.
Where do I find the prices and lead times?
Fictional example: the prices and lead times would be shown here. No real price appears on it.
